All framed walls and ceilings are completed. The electricians have started "boxing out" and running conduit. The plumber is 50% topped out and the sprinkler main line has been relocated. Door frames will soon arrive as will the recessed downlight cans. We have seismically reinforced the north and south sides of the building as the existing ledger bolting was inadequate. We are still on our preconstruction time schedule.

Thanks to our amazing Project Manager, Roger Quinitin, a great team of Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Consultants and wonderful Volunteers, the theater construction has moved along at a steady pace and there is

More to Come

Our sincere thanks to the city of Cloverdale and everyone who has volunteered and contributed to the future of our community theater!
